When you submit your work to Ignite we may collect:

Your email address (from your submission)
Any name, pseudonym, or other identifying details you provide in your submission
The content of your submission

We only use the collected information you provide for the following purposes:

Reviewing and considering submissions for publication
Contacting you regarding your submission
Crediting you in the zine or on the website if your work is published (and only with your permission)

We DO NOT sell, share, or use your personal information for any other purpose

3. Data Storage and Security

Your submission and any personal information included in it are stored securely. We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, please be aware that email is not a fully secure method of communication.

4. Your Choices

Anonymity: You may submit your work under a pseudonym or request to remain anonymous
Credit Preference: If we publish your work, we will only credit you in the way you specify
Withdrawal: You may request that we remove your work from our website or future editions of the zine. To do so email us at ignite_submissions@proton.me with the subject line "Submission Withdrawal"

5. Third-Party Services

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools. However, if you visit our website, your browser or internet service proider may collect standard browsing data outside of our control
